Travel Team was founded in 2003 and has since grown into a full-service agency for travel, meetings, and events. We offer tailored solutions for business trips, group travel, congresses, larger meetings, and events. Whether it’s a simple business trip, a large international meeting, or a creative and complex event, we provide personal and high-quality service tailored to the client's needs. We have offices in Västerås and Stockholm.

We are now looking for someone who enjoys working personally and in a smaller team in Västerås or Stockholm! You will book business trips with flights, hotels, and transportation. You will issue tickets, make changes, and invoice, handling the entire process from A to Z. Inquiries will come via phone and email.

We want you to have at least 3 years of experience in business travel with Amadeus and Linkonline as your daily tools. It is highly advantageous if you are familiar with Antares or other travel booking systems. The position also requires that you have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A TRAC certification is a plus.

Full-time permanent position, office hours 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. A 6-month probation period applies.

You have the option to work at either our Västerås or Stockholm office. Both are centrally located.
